PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: REFUND POLICY

I stand behind the quality of every product I create. Each item is made specifically for you, carefully inspected for quality and accuracy, and packaged with care before it ships.

Because most of my products are personalized or custom-made, I do not accept returns or issue refunds due to buyer's remorse, incorrect selections, or changes of mind. Please double-check all personalization, colors, sizes, and order details before placing your order.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during production, please contact me within 4 days of delivery. I will gladly work with you to replace the item or correct the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging when requested.

Please note:

• Personalized and custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• I am not responsible for errors resulting from information, spelling, colors, sizing, or customization choices provided by the customer.

• Refunds will not be issued for discount codes or coupons that were forgotten during checkout.

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of my control and are not grounds for a refund.

My goal is always to make sure you receive a product you'll love, and if I make a mistake, I'll make it right.

DIGITAL LICENSE & REFUND POLICY: I put the same time, creativity, and attention into every digital design that I do my physical products. Each design is hand-created with care and made available for immediate access, which means once a digital purchase has been delivered, it cannot be returned or "given back." Because of the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

My goal is to make purchasing digital artwork simple and enjoyable while also protecting the artwork I've spent countless hours creating. If you ever have questions about licensing or how a design may be used, please ask before purchasing... I'm always happy to help!

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Haylinn's Hoopla. Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the artwork in accordance with the licensing terms provided. Ownership of the artwork is never transferred.

If your license is violated, Haylinn's Hoopla reserves the right to immediately revoke access to digital files, drives, memberships, subscriptions, future purchases, and any associated licenses without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, reproduction, customization, derivative works, misrepresentation of ownership, or any use outside the scope of the license granted.

"Lifetime" drive access refers to the lifetime of the Haylinn's Hoopla Drive Program and remains contingent upon continued compliance with these licensing terms.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Haylinn's Hoopla, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these licensing terms.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONCE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED.
