SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship in-stock items within 24-72 hours. Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your personalized order to ship. (During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment.)  If your order contains non-personalized items, please note your entire order will ship upon completion of the personalization.  You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. 

At times, we will offer PRE-ORDERED items which are not yet in stock.  Please pay close attention to the listing for details.  Pre-ordered items can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive.  If your order includes a pre-ordered items, please note, all items will ship together.  To avoid this delay, you may consider placing a separate order for all your pre-ordered items.  Pre-ordered items can not be refunded unless damaged during shipping. 

We also offer Route Shipping insurance on each package; however, the customer may decline protection at checkout.  Route is an independent shipping insurer and determines all pricing and applicability of it's services.  I can not alter or modify their pricing or conditions.  Customer assumes all responsibility for damages during shipping on shipments where Route protection was declined.
