Each listing for digital designs will include: 
-1 PNG image at 300 dpi
-This is a digital download item. No physical item will be sent.
- image will have a transparent background

YOU MUST REFER TO THE AVAILABLE COLOR CHART {last picture} TO SELECT YOUR COLOR NUMBERS. If your order isn't placed using those numbers [1-100], it will be cancelled per HHH policies.

You should know:
-You may place your design and use the mockups for commercial use.
-You may not edit the mockups or digital images in any manner (other than to place your design).
-You may not re-sell or share this image.
-Haylinn's Handcrafted Hoopla retains the copyrights to all images.

Once purchased, they will be emailed to the email you purchased with. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your png to be sent to you as these are custom for each order.

You're welcome to upload your own mascot image below, but please note:

✨ If you do not select the 'Upload Your Own Mascot' option, I’ll use a generic mascot from my library and color match it to your school/team.

📂 Uploading your own mascot? That option includes a $2 upcharge, regardless of file type — it takes extra time to prep and match your custom graphic.

📸 Your file must be a high-resolution PNG (no screenshots, low-res JPEGs, or blurry images, please).
⚠️ If your image isn’t clean or high quality, a $4 clean-up fee will be invoiced before I start.

✅ By uploading a mascot/logo, I confirm that I have the legal right to use and reproduce this image. I understand that Haylinn’s Hoopla is not responsible for verifying logo ownership and assumes no liability for trademarked or copyrighted content provided by the customer.
